Plugin Licensing

General Use

By publishing a plugin (hereinafter "Work") you (hereinafter "Creator") agree to the following:

1. Visual design, data parsing logic, and markup shall conform to Creative Commons "CC-BY 4.0" terms: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
2. End-users may contact Creator for support.
3. Best efforts will be made to sustain functionality for any number of connections with up to 5 minute refresh intervals.
4. Work may be removed, unlisted, or transferred to the TRMNL team due to persistent malfunction or Creator non-responsiveness. Creator may reclaim this Work by contacting the TRMNL team and resuming maintenance responsibilities.

Exceptions

Exceptions to the terms above may apply:

1. If Work cannot sustain active connections or refresh rates, TRMNL may allow rate limits and connection throttling, or higher payload limits than documented.
2. If TRMNL receives legal notice (e.g. DMCA takedown request), Work may be de-listed despite satisfactory functionality.
